Shipping Policy

We ship ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, go-karts, scooters, and parts across the lower 48 United States, with free shipping on every ATV and UTV.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days of order approval. Some units may take longer during high-demand periods; we’ll keep you posted if that happens.

Large & Heavy Items

Some large items — like 4-seater UTVs, go-karts, or units weighing over 600 lbs — cannot be delivered directly to your door and may require pickup from the nearest freight terminal. If this applies to your order, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule pickup or curbside delivery, and additional charges may apply in some remote areas.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery windows provided at checkout or by our team are estimates based on carrier information, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and remote locations can affect delivery timing.

Alaska, Hawaii & Outside the Lower 48

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your unit or package at delivery and note any visible shipping damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us right away if you notice damage.
